Foundations of Canadian Public Procurement Practice
A self-directed course in six modules and ten primers, about nine hours of reading. Free, with no registration. Every teaching example is drawn from a compiled record of 1,313,281 federal awards (2004–2026), 400,081 classified Québec tenders, and 2,043 CITT bid challenges — so the numbers you learn from are the numbers the market actually produced.
